I am open to selective board, advisory and governance engagements where my experience across enterprise operations, capability building, technology, healthcare and business transformation can contribute to better oversight and decision-making.

I am particularly interested in organisations navigating growth, transformation, technology adoption or complex people and capability questions, where governance needs to extend beyond compliance into thoughtful challenge, accountability and long-term value creation.

• Board & Strategic Oversight – bringing an independent perspective to strategy, execution priorities, organisational capability and enterprise performance.
• People & Capability Governance – examining whether leadership, talent, capability and workforce decisions are aligned with the organisation’s strategic direction.
• Technology & AI Governance – contributing to conversations around responsible adoption, human accountability, risk, decision quality and organisational readiness.
• Transformation & Execution Governance – helping boards and leadership teams distinguish strategic intent from execution reality, with particular attention to operating discipline and measurable outcomes.
• Risk, Ethics & Stakeholder Perspective – bringing constructive challenge to decisions where commercial, organisational and stakeholder considerations intersect.
